Good intentions are unfortunately not enough when it comes to acting out self-professed values. You learned, in our pre-requisite course ‘The Culture of One’, more about who you are as a person and the values you prioritise in life. As well as this you learned that people do not always act in alignment with these values. In this course you will explore the complex world of cognitive processes and the facets of problem solving and decision making, where implicit biases can occur. The course assists you to further comprehend who you are and how your mind works.

This course consists of 8 – 12 hours of content, depending on how you choose to interact with the course. Modules are designed to be taken as weekly portions of study that should take no more than 2 hours to complete, with the option to use reflection activities and further reading for advanced learning. This can however be sped up or slowed down to your desired study speed if undertaking learning as an individual.
