Courses in the Education Hub can be completed in several different ways.
We do offer educator-led options within any of our cohort learning pathways. The course educator will join the group either face to face, remotely or a hybrid of the two depending on your location and will lead the cohort in deeper aspects of the course. This can be tailor-made to fit the needs of the learners and adapted in frequency such as quarterly, monthly or weekly. The benefit of an educator-led course is the in depth, personal discussions that can occur, with guidance through challenging topics. The level and frequency of educator involvement is completely at the discretion of the group cohort or organisational leader.
If your organisation is looking for a concentrated version of one of our courses, in order to benefit from face-to-face interaction as well as limit the time needed for staff to attend a programme, the conference style learning option would be best for you. This style can include breakout sessions and workshop style small groups as well as keynote corporate sessions to fit the needs of your event.

You can access this version of our courses as an individual or as a cohort or multiple cohorts. Real-time educator led discussion as well question and answer sessions means learning can essential move as fast or as slow as the attendee(s) desire. You can arrange an educator led session each week, fortnight, month or quarter, depending on your desired interaction.

Cohort learning is when we offer courses to a group of individuals who plan to learn in real time, journeying together through the modules. This allows reflection and discussion with other peers and intentional learning as a group. Learn alongside a cohort working in a different country or continent. You can choose a team from the same clinical discipline as your cohort, to challenge midsets and systems, collaborate with ideas and bring even more diverse conversation to your learning experience.
