Cohort Learning

Learn with members of your chosen cohort for increased accountability, reflective practice and productive discussion. This could be a group of individuals in the same or different workplaces or an existing team. As an employer or manager, you can have leadership over your team and forum discussions, track their progress and view their quizzes or submitted documents.

Please Note - NONE of our course content is produced by AI generators. Our courses are 100% designed and delivered by trained professionals.

Courses in the Education Hub can be completed in several different ways.

You can enrol in courses as a cohort. This can simply be a group of individual professionals choosing to learn alongside one another, a special interest group or for teams within the same workplace or organisation. This could be a group of 3 or a team of 50. If desired, this learning style allows you to designate a group leader who can keep track online of the progress of cohort members as well as request specific online forums for collaboration and reflection during the course progress.

Learning within a team means you benefit from the input and reflection of others and can enjoy a more diverse learning experience. Cohort learning can be done 100% remotely or a mixture of online and face-to-face, depending on your cohort type.

The organisational learning platform allows entire workplaces to manage their own course uptake and progress with full autonomy. One or multiple people can be assigned to purchase, enrol and manage the course attendance of their staff. This takes cohort learning to a whole new level and allows organisations to take full advantage of discounted rates, while enjoying full autonomy of how to run their courses in-house.

If your organisation is looking for a concentrated version of one of our courses, in order to benefit from face-to-face interaction as well as limit the time needed for staff to attend a programme, the conference style learning option would be best for you. This style can include breakout sessions and workshop style small groups as well as keynote corporate sessions to fit the needs of your event.

Specifics:

This cohort option allows meaningful real-time discussion and learning in the workplace, whether your cohort are interacting fact-to-face or online. Your group leader can even choose to add topics, change aspects of the course and add specific requirements for completion for your team members. This type of learning suits any size of organisation wanting to implement productive team learning.

Benefits include:

Tailored content

Timed cohort group reflection and discussion not accessed through individual completion of courses

As many group leaders as needeed or wanted by your organisation

The ability to split large cohorts into sub-groups or teams dependant on your needs

As a group leader, track your attendees performance and progress

If accessing the course remotely as a cohort, use online forum discussions to enable ongoing group reflection
