What can we do, as healthcare and public health service providers, to change the negative effect of implicit bias?
This course takes you through a series of individual to organisational level solutions that can be easily implemented to reduce the impact of implicit bias and it’s potential effect on health outcomes.
This course consists of 8 – 12 hours of content, depending on how you choose to interact with the course. Modules are designed to be taken as weekly portions of study that should take no more than 2 hours total to complete, with the option to use reflection activities and further reading for advanced learning. This can however be sped up or slowed down to your desired study pace if undertaking learning as an individual.
